With their debut performance, Blauwe Vinkjes conquered the Dutch theaters last season. Kevin van den Berg and Manon Blaauw dived into the deep end of the cabaret pond as fresh, uninhibited autodidacts, gradually learned to swim and stayed afloat. And how! The cabaret duo played a record number of shows and managed to attract an enthusiastic audience.
Director Ruut Weissman describes their style as ‘a traditional theater form in the spirit of our time. In 2025-2026, Manon and Kevin will present their second theater production, in which they once again take a revue-like theater style to their liking with a contemporary vision and form.

Blue Finches was a finalist of the 2021 Cameretten cabaret festival and went home with the Audience Award of the Amsterdam Student Cabaret Festival that same year.
