The legendary Canadian prog-rock trio Rush was active for over 45 years, releasing twenty studio albums (over 40 million copies sold) and playing more than 2,000 shows worldwide.
The band has left an indelible mark on rock history and continues to be a source of inspiration for artists then and now—from Dream Theater to Opeth, from Jack Black to Metallica, and even younger acts like Crown Lands cite Rush as an influence. In 2016, the curtains fell for Rush, and with the passing of drummer and lyricist Neil Peart in 2020, a reunion seemed definitively out of the question... until October 6, 2025, when Rush itself announced the news that they would be playing a few shows in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico in 2026.
Fortunately, The RUSHians are keeping the music of Rush alive on this side of the Atlantic. This Dutch Rush tribute band is among the absolute best in Europe and beyond. With four seasoned musicians who are passionate about Rush's work down to their very core, they deliver a show full of virtuosity, dynamics, and recognition.
What can you expect? An evening full of musical highlights from Rush's complete oeuvre – from fan favorites to hidden gems that have rarely been heard live in the Netherlands. The RUSHians have been performing on Dutch stages since 2016, which means the show on March 27th at De Piek in Vlissingen will mark the band's 10th anniversary.
