‘Love Life’
Singer Britta Maria sings repertoire by Liesbeth List and her own work.
On August 20th, singer Britta Maria and pianist/singer Maurits Fondse, along with accordionist/bandoneon player Gert Wantenaar, will give a concert in the beautiful Sint Jacobskerk in Vlissingen.
They play the beautiful repertoire of singer Liesbeth List with Dutch and French chansons by, among others, Ramses Shaffy, Frank Boeijen, Edith Piaf, and Jacques Brel, and they talk about her fascinating life.
Supplemented with several original songs written by Maurits Fondse and Britta Maria, such as the acclaimed ‘Houd Moed’ (Keep Courage), which is frequently played on De Taalstaat by Frits Spits.
