About Museum Scheldewerf<\/h2>\n

Museum Scheldewerf, located in Vlissingen's Schelde Quarter, tells the story of the famous shipyard Koninklijke Maatschappij De Schelde, which played an important role in the Dutch shipbuilding industry since 1875. Housed in the building of the former company medical service, the museum offers a fascinating look at Vlissingen's rich maritime history and De Schelde's influence on the city.
