During the Second World War, this bunker was part of the Atlantic Wall and was used to monitor shipping on the Westerschelde. The original armored dome and various historical objects provide a good impression of this extraordinary period.<\/p>\n<p>A visit to the museum shows the important role Vlissingen played during the war.
