What is there to do?

On Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, the Vlissingen neighborhood of De Vesting will transform into an atmospheric open-air gallery. Stroll past unique gardens and discover paintings, sculptures, ceramics, jewelry, photography, and spatial installations by artists from the Netherlands and Belgium.

There is also plenty to experience around the art route. Enjoy theater in surprising locations, music, poetry, and a spectacular circus performance. Visitors can also participate for free in circus, djembe, and Urban Sketching workshops. For children, there are creative activities during Art in the Park on both afternoons.

Art in the Fortress is for young and old. All exhibitions, performances, shows, and workshops are freely accessible.
