During Vlissingen 1572, Vlissingen soul band The Shoals Connection makes a surprising comeback on stage after a four-year absence. The band, known for their authentic interpretations of soul and rhythm & blues classics from the 60s, delivers an energetic live show with music by artists such as Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, and Ray Charles.

The performance will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the Oude Markt in Vlissingen, where the audience can enjoy recognizable hits and a swinging atmosphere in the open air. The comeback marks a new chapter for the band, which returns to the Zeeland live circuit with renewed energy.
