What does KAAP offer? 

1. Test kitchen  – A professional kitchen of approximately 100 m² with all the necessary facilities for product innovation, such as workbenches, cooktops, refrigeration and freezer space, mixers, and ovens. Audio and video recording facilities are also available. Ideal for developing new food concepts and conducting workshops. 
2. Pilot production space  – No room for experimentation on your own production line? KAAP offers a food-safe space of 200 m², equipped with (electrical) power, water supply and drainage, and direct access for machinery, where you can work on your food innovation. 
3. Test in demo space / speaker arena  – The central hall, spanning 2,000 m², is flexibly deployable for project work, innovation testing, demos, or events. It offers ample height, (power) supply, and space for various setups. This is where collaboration truly comes to life. 
4. Tasting room  – An atmospheric space with a bar and kitchen for presenting and sampling new products. The ideal spot for meeting clients, colleagues, or students in an informal setting, from kitchen table chats to product launches. 
5. Flexible workspaces, offices, and meeting rooms  – The adjacent building, the small KAAP, offers diverse work formats: modern flex spaces, offices, and brainstorming rooms. Perfectly equipped for collaboration, meetings, or a day of focused work in an inspiring environment. 
6. On-site visibility – KAAP offers multiple opportunities to literally showcase your innovation. They are happy to brainstorm with you on how your product or service can be made visible to visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
